Carrier and Meta compliance is being turned into an event-driven surface rather than a set of manual checks.

Expect more channel lifecycle events to land in Event Streams next, and the 30046 code to be extended to other OTT channels — Twilio says it intends 30046 as the standard device-unreachable signal beyond RCS.
