After shipping its agentic stack (Agent Connect GA, Conversation Relay Insights) and a Bulk Messaging API in early May, recent releases focus on EU data residency in the Ireland region and unifying messaging behaviors across RCS, WhatsApp, and Apple Messages for Business. The work is less about new direction and more about making existing capabilities compliant, regional, and channel-complete.
