LiveAgent
LiveAgent teaches its AI chat operator to step aside when a human walks in.
A side-by-side editorial comparison of Tiledesk and Xurrent — release velocity, themes, recent moves, and the top alternatives to consider.
Tiledesk's feed is a content marketing blog, not a changelog
The Tiledesk feed carries marketing articles rather than release notes — how-to pieces on building AI agents for lead qualification, time-off approvals and ecommerce sales advice, each syndicated with an Italian boilerplate footer. No version numbers, shipped features or dated releases appear anywhere in the window.
Xurrent follows its six-agent September with tools to steer and measure Sera AI.
Xurrent ITSM ships monthly update documents that grow week by week. September delivered six specialized Sera AI Agents plus Jamf CMDB and native ClickUp integrations. The October update turns to operating that layer: agent scoping in Agent Designer, an Agent Actions inbox view, and Sera AI service coverage insights, alongside A4 dashboard PDF exports, checkbox questions and CI Reconciliation field decisions.

The publishing pattern points at where Tiledesk positions itself — agentic workflows with human approval steps, MCP-based tool access, self-learning from human resolutions — but positioning is all these posts establish. Product movement would have to be read from a different source.
Expect more of the same use-case articles; this feed will not indicate when Tiledesk actually ships anything.

Sera is moving from a single assistant to a managed multi-agent system, and the build order is visible: guardrails, fallback templates and audit logs in August, the agents themselves in September, and scoping, an actions inbox and coverage reporting in October. In parallel, the iPaaS Connector SDK and new connectors keep widening the integration surface, which positions Xurrent as an ITSM coordination layer.
Expect Sera agents to extend into more ITSM workflows, with coverage insights used to show where they apply, plus more iPaaS connectors; the entries don't show which workflows come next.
