Xurrent ships on a fixed monthly digest cadence, and August's second post continues it: mean or median reporting, provider-focused SLA targets, a new workflow requestor role and Sera AI fallback templates. The entries are teasers rather than changelogs - each names its features and leaves the detail behind the link - so direction reads more reliably than scope. Sera AI, which crossed from assistant to autonomous agent in July, is now getting operational guardrails rather than new autonomy.

Two threads run in parallel. The ITSM core accumulates administrative depth - reporting statistics, SLA targets scoped to providers, a requestor role on workflows - the kind of work that follows enterprise deployment rather than leading it. Sera AI's arc has shifted from capability to reliability: fallback templates, and safer approval delegation in August's first post, suggest the agents shipped in July are being hardened for customers who cannot tolerate an agent stalling.
