Mux is building on two fronts at once. Robots — its hosted AI video workflows — moved out of technical preview into paid beta, gained six new workflows spanning captions, dubbing, thumbnails and scene detection, and then became fully API-addressable. Meanwhile Mux Data is being rebuilt around per-moment engagement: heatmaps, hotspots, custom monitoring dashboards and usage exports all landed inside two months, while older global metric values are being retired.

Channel and inbox releases continue on their own cadence, extending an omnichannel inbox that now reaches past chat into email.
