Talk 24 RC.3: video-while-screenshare, federation, and admin fixes
RC.3 fixes a chunky list of real user-visible bugs: video rendering while screensharing, federated reaction notifications, admin access in limited-Talk environments, SIP bridge auth, hardware permission enforcement, and email-guest caching. Strong signal that GA is approaching once these stabilise.

⚡ SPARKTalk 24 beta lands the cycle's substantive payload: permanent call rooms, 'Call from anywhere' via the avatar menu, advanced noise suppression, attachment grouping per conversation, and tagging/sorting/grouping for the conversation list. Requires Nextcloud 34 / Hub 26 Spring as the new floor.
