HumHub
HumHub 1.19 has left beta, and its first patches are already carrying security fixes.
A side-by-side editorial comparison of Smartsheet and Tracecat — release velocity, themes, recent moves, and the top alternatives to consider.
Smartsheet retires card view for Enterprise and moves AI into three named views.
An October batch ends a stretch of mostly navigation pages in this feed with real product changes. Card view is retired for Enterprise customers in favor of board view, and AI capabilities are now reached only from Table, Board and Timeline views. Around that sit a Workday sync through the Integrations panel, SharePoint file import, bulk attachment handling and new keyboard shortcuts in table view.
Tracecat 1.3 goes stable: agents run for hours, take steering and reach private networks.
Tracecat 1.3.0 is out, and most of it is agent infrastructure. Agents now run for two hours by default with a three-hour ceiling, can be steered mid-turn from chat, run on selectable backends, and on enterprise reach MCP servers and tools through tunnels. The release also rebuilds case search, adds passkey-only sign-in and an AES-256-GCM database option, and carries three breaking changes. 1.3.1 followed within a day to pass the encryption settings through Docker Compose.

Around that sit a Workday sync through the Integrations panel, SharePoint file import, bulk attachment handling and new keyboard shortcuts in table view.
Table view is being built into the primary work surface, with attachment management and shortcuts arriving there and AI access narrowed to a defined set of views. The Workday and SharePoint additions pull enterprise data in rather than leaving it to be re-keyed. The April Contributor seat was packaging; this batch is product consolidation.
Card view's retirement starts with Enterprise, so wider retirement is the logical next step, though the entries give no date. More table view parity work looks likely given how much of this batch landed there.

Tracecat is making agents long-running, observable and able to work inside private infrastructure, with case management and auth hardening alongside. MCP is becoming the main interface: ai.skill actions are being rebuilt to match the MCP server and the legacy versions are deprecated. The post-release nightlies have turned to tracing and sandbox lifecycle inside action execution, and the 10-31 builds show that work is not settled yet: a jail teardown fix was followed by a revert of the fast path and teardown changes.
Expect 1.3.x patches for upgrade and self-hosting problems, and a second attempt at the jail fast path and teardown in the nightlies. Removal of the deprecated ai.skill actions is the likeliest breaking change next.
