Skills and publishable MCP apps then let that behaviour be saved and shared instead of re-prompted, which is what turns a feature into a platform.

Skills and MCP publishing are both packaging mechanisms shipped within two months of each other, so the gap they leave is distribution — somewhere to find and install what other teams have built. Whether Plane fills it is not indicated by these entries.

Proofing remains the differentiated investment for agency approval cycles, but the current cadence is being spent on making the general project surfaces answer questions in one place.
