Each CRM release moves work from the human to the agent — enrollment from Salesforce Flows, reschedules handled over text, call outcomes logged without a manual save. The newest release pushes past conversations entirely into reputation, which is the standard expansion path for SMB messaging platforms and puts Salesmsg on the same ground as the review-and-messaging suites rather than pure SMS tools.
