Krisp has shifted from a personal noise-cancellation app to a B2B Call Center AI platform, shipping weekly web updates and biweekly desktop releases. The current product spans real-time Voice Translation across 12+ languages including Cantonese and Valencian, Accent Conversion with per-regional models, and admin-layer tools including Conditional Call Recording, Live Call Audit enforcement, and a new Notification Center.
