Tanda is a workforce management platform for AU/NZ shift employers, covering rostering, timesheets, onboarding, hiring, and payroll integration. The current stream is dominated by a staged information-architecture overhaul: stat types, sales, roster ratios, roster validations, and the roster tools menu have each been rebuilt or relocated into dedicated pages, gated behind a gradual rollout. Alongside it runs the steady compliance work that Fair Work awards demand, plus small feature additions across timesheets, Hire, and training.

Two threads are running in parallel. The first is a consolidation pass that pulls scattered settings into single purpose-built pages, with the roster validations page notably gathering Roster Agent instructions and natural-language validations in one place, which suggests the agent-driven roster checks are being treated as a first-class configuration surface rather than a bolt-on. The second is the forecasting and labour-cost surface, where budget, actual sales, and forecast now sit together per location and revenue can be split by category. Individually these are small; together they point at a platform being re-laid for planning rather than just recording.

Expect the gradual rollout to reach the remaining organisations and more roster and data-stream pages to get the same treatment. The August award phase lands automatically, so the next visible entries are more likely to be planning surface than payroll.
