Time Assistant now available for managers
Time Assistant is delegated from the office to managers, scoped to direct reports, teams, jobs they manage, and anyone they approve time for. Clock-editing on a manager's own card still depends on their rule group, keeping the separation of duties intact as the tool spreads.

Clock your whole crew in one tap â Shortcuts is here
Shortcuts collapses full-crew actions — clock in, break, project or cost code change — into one tap, checking who is on site, who is on approved PTO, and what the geofence implies before offering an action. Pinning repeated actions and suggesting by crew state and time of day extends the same learned-behavior approach the Time Assistant uses, applied to the foreman's phone.

Form submissions now go to the right person - automatically
Form submissions can now route to project managers derived from the form's Project field, and specific answers can be flagged as unexpected to reach a named recipient — an injury answer to the safety lead, down equipment to the mechanic. It removes the person who previously downloaded and forwarded every submission by hand.

Fix project and cost code time right in AI Time Assistant
⚡ SPARKThe assistant takes on project and cost code reallocation from a plain-language request, showing the old allocation struck through against the new one before anything is approved. With clock times, breaks and now project time in one conversational surface, the pre-payroll cleanup loop is complete rather than partial.

Include time off in your QuickBooks Online export
PTO, sick and holiday hours join worked hours in the QuickBooks Online Payroll export, after a one-time mapping of Workyard leave policies to QuickBooks pay types. It removes a recurring manual keying step that was a standing source of drift between the two systems each pay period.

Acumatica integration: sync your jobs and export payroll-ready time
A two-way Acumatica connection imports employees, projects, cost codes and earn codes, then exports reviewed time cards mapped to payroll items, time off included. It is the same round trip Workyard has been building for QuickBooks and NetSuite, extended to another ERP that construction back offices actually run.
