HelpCenter.io
HelpCenter.io's MCP server lets agents find failed searches and turn them into articles.
A side-by-side editorial comparison of Front and Interact — release velocity, themes, recent moves, and the top alternatives to consider.
Front stops treating AI as a feature and starts managing agents as staff
Front has moved from auditing AI replies to running AI agents inside the shared inbox. Since 6 October, teams can bring in Autopilot agents or external agents built with Claude, Codex, Sierra or another provider, with the ownership and context a human teammate gets. Compass scores agent replies, the October digest adds agent evaluation and testing tools, and the MCP server was scheduled for all plans on 6 October. Accounts and Copilot routines add a second thread aimed at account management rather than ticket handling.
Interact opens its intranet to outside AI assistants and uses Claude to attack its own platform.
Interact's October feed is led by Interact MCP, which brings the intranet into AI assistants people already use, with read and write access under each person's permissions. Its security team joined Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program and is testing its own platform with Claude Mythos 5.1, and Cyber Essentials certification now covers Interact and Sideways 6. The rest of the month is buyer guides, award news and thought leadership.

The audit tooling Front built through the summer now has a larger job: if external agents run in the inbox, Front's value sits in coordination, ownership and measurement rather than in its own model. Guided handoffs, evaluation and testing all fit that reading. The MCP server points the same way from the other end, letting outside assistants read and act on Front conversations. Accounts and churn-risk routines push the product from support toward the wider customer team.
Expect more evaluation and handoff controls for external agents, since testing and evaluation are the newest parts of the stack. The digests give too little detail to say how far Accounts will go as a customer-management surface.

The Spring Action Agent work put agents inside the intranet; MCP moves the intranet out to wherever employees already work. That raises the stakes on trust, which is why the security items matter more than they would alone: a system holding company knowledge is being opened to more clients. The company's content messaging now describes the intranet as adaptive.
Expect Conductor and MCP connections to reach more business systems, following the Workday pattern from the Spring Launch. Further security attestations are also likely as AI access expands.
