The .psd custom format support (via extension API) in 1.3.18.4 hints at an expanding extension ecosystem.

The product is trying to exist between meetings rather than only during them. Menti Pulse runs on a schedule in Teams with trends over time, and AI takeaways make what happened in a session persist as something readable afterwards rather than a chart that dies with the room. Everything else is craft work on the authoring surface, which is where Mentimeter's existing users spend their time.
