Rostering and payroll grind, with AI quietly arriving in the hiring module.
Tanda covers rostering, time and attendance, payroll, and onboarding for Australian and New Zealand employers, and it ships almost daily. The current batch is characteristic: payroll go-live notifications that can be scoped to specific locations, four new pay run statuses so a failing run reports instead of stalling silently, a Locations and Teams visual refresh, a bulk-editable Roster Ratios page, split revenue by category for four POS integrations, and a required flag for parental consent templates. Nearly every item notes a gradual rollout. Separately, Tanda Hire gained automatic AI ranking of applicants.
UK HR and payroll software running a pure search-acquisition feed
Every entry is search-targeted content aimed at UK and UAE HR buyers: a WPS-compliant bank list with a downloadable SIF template, a Cycle to Work savings calculator, an Employment Rights Act 2026 changes deck, and comparison listicles for HR and payroll software including a HiBob alternatives piece. No release notes appear.

Two things are running at once. The larger is a long consolidation pass — settings moving to dedicated pages, statuses replacing silent failures, notifications getting narrower targeting, pages converted to the current design. This is a product being made legible after years of accumulation, and the awards compliance work continues underneath it, with Fair Work determinations absorbed into managed templates so customers get the wage change without acting. The smaller and newer thread is AI moving from the roster (natural-language validations, Roster Agent instructions) into hiring, where it now scores candidates.
The roster already has AI validations and the hiring module now has AI ranking, so the next candidate is the module in between — onboarding or timesheet approval, where the same pattern of scored exceptions with a stated reason would fit.

The strategy is lead capture through compliance utility — calculators, templates and regulatory summaries that an HR manager searches for and downloads, with the platform as the follow-on. Publishing HiBob alternatives content places Zelt explicitly as a challenger to established UK mid-market suites. The UAE payroll piece is the only sign of geographic expansion beyond the UK.
The UAE WPS content suggests payroll coverage beyond the UK is being marketed, but the feed carries no product releases, so whether that reflects shipped capability cannot be determined from these entries.
