Tanda is a workforce management platform for Australian employers, shipping several times a week across three lanes: award compliance templates the vendor maintains, rostering and timesheet UI, and payroll output. The product is being built for the administrator who runs a cycle across a large organisation, not the employee who fills in a form once a year. Scoping, ordering, locking and approval are the recurring verbs, and each new setting arrives disabled by default for existing templates so running cycles are undisturbed. The Goals and Reviews modules are visibly converging, with this release the first time an object created in one is selectable inside the other.

The goals-into-reviews link is one-directional today, so the plausible next step is the return path — goals agreed in a review flowing back as tracked objects with the same admin-defined type restrictions.
