A side-by-side editorial comparison of Reactive Resume and Teamflect — release velocity, themes, recent moves, and the top alternatives to consider.
Reactive Resume's recent releases are build plumbing for a coming native mobile app.
Reactive Resume's last four releases carry no user-facing change. Two are prebuilt native binaries for a component called Forme with a note to commit them before building mobile apps, one is a CI fix for the Android SDK package name, and one documents cover-letter PDF rendering and DOCX export.
Teamflect ships eight releases in a day, led by AI meeting analysis and multi-cycle survey trends.
On 2 November Teamflect shipped Meeting Intelligence on the Professional plan: it reads Microsoft Teams transcripts against in-app agendas to pull out decisions, action items and missed topics. The same day brought a Survey Results view that tracks trends across survey cycles and summarizes comments with AI, review appeals, succession-plan data in the external API, a whole-period goal filter, Career notification settings, GIFs in recognition comments and a cleaner 360 radar chart. October had already opened the product to MCP assistants and to staff without Microsoft 365 accounts.

The Android CI fix and the native binaries point at a mobile build being wired up alongside the web app. The docs entry suggests cover letters and DOCX export already exist and are now being documented.
A mobile release or a tagged app version is the likely next visible step, but the entries give no date or scope for it.

Teamflect is adding AI to each module of its performance suite (reviews, surveys, now meetings) and opening its data through MCP and API to outside reporting. Its AI features depend on Microsoft 365 permissions such as transcript access, so it stays closely tied to Teams even while it begins to admit users without Microsoft 365 accounts.
With AI now in reviews, surveys and meetings, the likely next steps are AI summaries for the remaining modules (goals, 1:1s, career plans) and more API objects following succession plans.
