Release notes for the newest versions are thin — 10.3.0 is a single line — so the shape of the MCP surface is not yet visible in the changelog.

MCP in beta usually precedes documentation of what it actually exposes; whether agents can read a prototype's state or author triggers and responses is the question the entries do not yet answer.
