The pattern over the last several releases is a model floor that keeps rising and shedding: Flux 2 klein and Z-Image made official while Flux 1 schnell was sunset, DirectML deprecated in favour of ROCm, Omni upscale models dropped, now Nunchaku and insightface removed. The maintainer is optimising for the models worth using today and accepting that users must periodically redownload their weights.
