What is HelloID?
HelloID's November release lets rule-mining results leave the console as Excel files.
HelloID's 2026.10 and 2026.11 cycles are mostly fixes, but November adds one change admins will use: rule mining reports can be exported to Excel, one file per target system, with a summary and a per-condition view of shared entitlements and exceptions. The Product Ownership API endpoints are gone, legacy delegated form automation tasks are being retired, and business-rule previews now refresh manually.

Interact's October feed is led by Interact MCP, which brings the intranet into AI assistants people already use, with read and write access under each person's permissions. Its security team joined Anthropic's Cyber Verification Program and is testing its own platform with Claude Mythos 5.1, and Cyber Essentials certification now covers Interact and Sideways 6. The rest of the month is buyer guides, award news and thought leadership.

That raises the stakes on trust, which is why the security items matter more than they would alone: a system holding company knowledge is being opened to more clients. The company's content messaging now describes the intranet as adaptive.
