Fixes for the 2026.08 provisioning train, the notable one being rollback deleting the Active Directory account when Exchange mailbox creation fails instead of leaving an unmanaged account behind. Defect work, but on exactly the failure mode that erodes trust in unattended provisioning.

A hotfix for automation variables that kept serving stale values to product actions, PowerShell data sources, and delegated form tasks, while scheduled tasks were unaffected. Another execution-correctness fix in the same reliability push as the provisioning rollback work.

Rule mining: Configure threshold for percentage of exceptions
The rule mining exception threshold, previously fixed at 20%, is now configurable down to 0%, so small groups inside large scopes surface as report entries and a first-time setup can demand exact matches. It makes derived entitlement rules usable on lopsided org structures rather than only tidy ones.
