What is Gravity Flow?
Gravity Flow spends its autumn on upkeep, with one breaking change in PDF Generator 4.0
Gravity Flow is a WordPress workflow-automation add-on for Gravity Forms, in a maintenance stretch after 3.1's Choice Routing. The core 3.1.2 update tightens where Assignee, Multi-User and Discussion fields can go, and fixes upload deletion for logged-out users, a Connected Apps verification fault and two block or JavaScript errors. Around it, the extensions moved in one batch: PDF Generator 4.0 vendor-prefixes its mPDF library, a breaking change for custom code that references mPDF classes, and WooCommerce 1.7.1 adds HPOS compatibility.
What is SmartSuite?
SmartSuite gives integrations their own identities and lets its AI run behind corporate gateways.
SmartSuite is a no-code work management platform adding developer and agent surfaces. Service Accounts now give integrations workspace-owned identities with scoped access, rotatable credentials, IP limits and named owners. Azure AI connections can also sit behind a corporate API gateway with custom headers and paths. Both follow Script Engine and Managed Secrets from earlier in October.

◆ Current state
Gravity Flow is a WordPress workflow-automation add-on for Gravity Forms, in a maintenance stretch after 3.1's Choice Routing.
◆ Where it's heading
The extension family is being kept compatible with what sits around it, Gravity Forms repeaters, WooCommerce's order storage, and third-party PHP libraries, rather than gaining features. Vendor prefixing and HPOS are both about coexisting safely on a busy WordPress install. New workflow primitives have not appeared since July.
◆ Prediction
Expect further point releases across extensions, usually batched on one day as on September 30 and October 15. Whether a 3.2 with new step types follows is not visible from these entries.
SmartSuite gives integrations their own identities and lets its AI run behind corporate gateways.
◆ Current state
SmartSuite is a no-code work management platform adding developer and agent surfaces. Service Accounts now give integrations workspace-owned identities with scoped access, rotatable credentials, IP limits and named owners. Azure AI connections can also sit behind a corporate API gateway with custom headers and paths. Both follow Script Engine and Managed Secrets from earlier in October.
◆ Where it's heading
SmartSuite spent October building a programmable stack (hosted MCP server, secrets, scheduled code) and is now adding the governance large accounts require before they use it. Service Accounts cover non-human identity, and gateway support answers security teams that would otherwise switch AI off.
◆ Prediction
Expect script runs and MCP access to be tied to service accounts, and gateway support to extend beyond Azure connections; the entries show neither yet.
