GetResponse ties automation to segments and product interest after its MCP launch
GetResponse launched an MCP connection in early October, letting Claude or ChatGPT query an account's email marketing, then shipped open-tracking consent for France and Italy and tighter real-time subscription syncing with stores. The November 5 roundup names workflows built from segments, recommendations for products a contact considered, and promo prices in emails, though the crawled text gives no detail beyond the titles.
Optimove's API can now delete customer profiles, 10,000 at a time.
Optimove keeps adding API surface. The newest endpoint deletes up to 10,000 customer profiles per request, asynchronously, with the outcome posted to a callback URL; batch-ingested customers and ID-mapped environments are excluded. Before that, the work centred on the loyalty and gamification layer: player-scoped leaderboards, loyalty store endpoints, participation tokens and gameplay limits.

The product is converging segmentation, ecommerce data and automation: segments started sending newsletters in October and now seed workflows, while store data feeds product recommendations and pricing blocks. Privacy rules around open tracking are pushing it toward signals beyond opens, such as browsing and purchase behavior.
Expect more automation triggers drawn from store behavior; the MCP connection has had no follow-up in these entries, so its expansion is unclear.

Optimove is filling in programmatic control on both ends of the customer record: engagement mechanics for players and now data removal. The deletion endpoint's exclusions show the data model still has paths the API can't reach. Expect steady endpoint-by-endpoint expansion rather than headline launches.
A follow-up extending deletion to batch-ingested customers or ID-mapped environments is the most likely next API change.
