v2.2.2: E2E CI reliability
Purely CI work — E2E runs stop executing form-creation emails and spam checks synchronously, which was exhausting memory on the hosted runner. No user-visible change, though it is the third release tagged in a single day.

v2.2.1: Self-hosted reliability and file-link controls
More of the self-hosting hardening that has followed V2: OIDC recovery from already-redeemed authorization codes, trusted-proxy support, and separated throttling. The configurable 24-hour-to-30-day validity on uploaded-file links is a genuine admin control, not a fix.

v2.2.0: More reliable self-hosting and PDF generation
OIDC connections can be edited without replacing the client secret, and a changed public URL can be repaired rather than forcing a rebuild of the connection. Together with the PostgreSQL health-check fix, this is the release that made V2's SSO story survivable for an operator.

v2.1.0: Self-hosted form fixes
Two self-hosted fixes: PDF template zones no longer land out of reach on tall pages, and password-protected forms work again on plain-HTTP instances where Firefox rejected the secure-only cookie. Both are V2 features failing in deployments the team clearly had not tested.
