Envoy's front desk is turning into a duty-of-care console that tracks people, not sites.
Three product lines move in this window: Visitors, Workplace Desks, and Response. Response is the one that changed shape - Threat Intelligence arrived on Aug 7 with a dashboard mapping verified global and local risks against locations, and on the same day extended to employee home addresses synced from HRIS and to named executives with individual alert radii. Everything since has been consolidation: custom recipient groups for emergency notifications, an audit log on the workplace map, location-scoped blocklists, and now uniform approval rules for admin-created invites.
PeopleForce publishes an HR marketing blog, and buries its releases in half-yearly roundups
This feed is PeopleForce's marketing blog rather than a changelog. Most entries are how-to and compliance explainers written for HR buyers, and every body is truncated to a single teaser sentence, so nothing here states what shipped. The product news that does appear comes as periodic 'Fresh features' roundups covering recruiting, leave and performance reviews, plus occasional notices that a UX refresh is rolling out. Cadence has thinned: one post since January against roughly one a month through 2025.

Everything since has been consolidation: custom recipient groups for emergency notifications, an audit log on the workplace map, location-scoped blocklists, and now uniform approval rules for admin-created invites.
The through-line is coverage moving from the site to the person, and then being fenced. Blocklists became location-scoped so a site team can act without a company-wide record; approvals became uniform so compliance rules apply no matter who issued the invite; move management got an event log. Envoy added the reach first and has spent the three weeks since making the new surface governable rather than larger, which is the sequence a product follows when its buyer starts being security and compliance rather than office ops.
Response's loop still ends at notification and safe-confirmation, with nothing in the entries covering incident review or an after-action record, and the audit-log work on Desks shows Envoy already reaches for that pattern. That is the readable gap; the feed gives no timing signal.

Where the roundups name work, the direction is automation of routine HR admin and readiness for European compliance: overtime types classified and rated automatically before reaching payroll, request forms carrying their own approval flows and profile updates, ERP and payroll integrations, and preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. A multi-release UX overhaul runs underneath all of it. The direction is legible; the scope is not, because the teasers never say what was actually delivered.
Unclear from this feed. Judging by the pattern, the next real product signal will be another half-year roundup rather than a datable release, and anyone tracking PeopleForce's shipping will need a source other than this blog.
