PeopleForce publishes an HR marketing blog, and buries its releases in half-yearly roundups

Current state
This feed is PeopleForce's marketing blog rather than a changelog. Most entries are how-to and compliance explainers written for HR buyers, and every body is truncated to a single teaser sentence, so nothing here states what shipped. The product news that does appear comes as periodic 'Fresh features' roundups covering recruiting, leave and performance reviews, plus occasional notices that a UX refresh is rolling out. Cadence has thinned: one post since January against roughly one a month through 2025.
Where it's heading
Where the roundups name work, the direction is automation of routine HR admin and readiness for European compliance: overtime types classified and rated automatically before reaching payroll, request forms carrying their own approval flows and profile updates, ERP and payroll integrations, and preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. A multi-release UX overhaul runs underneath all of it. The direction is legible; the scope is not, because the teasers never say what was actually delivered.
Prediction
Unclear from this feed. Judging by the pattern, the next real product signal will be another half-year roundup rather than a datable release, and anyone tracking PeopleForce's shipping will need a source other than this blog.

How to calculate overtime automatically: night, weekend and holiday rates in one system

A how-to explainer on configuring overtime types so night, weekend and holiday hours are classified and rated automatically. It describes existing functionality for a buyer audience rather than announcing a change, which is what most of this feed does.

A fresh feel for PeopleForce: UX updates you’ll notice

A notice that a set of UX changes is rolling out across the platform for admins and employees alike. The teaser gives no specifics, but a platform-wide interface refresh is the one recurring thread in this feed that is unambiguously product work.

Get ready for the EU Pay Transparency Directive with PeopleForce

A compliance explainer on the EU Pay Transparency Directive positioned as an argument for PeopleForce. It signals which regulatory ground the product wants to own, but announces nothing shipped.

Fresh features to boost your performance reviews and goal-setting by the end of 2025

A seasonal roundup of performance review and goal-setting work timed to the review cycle. The digest format is how this feed discloses shipped features, so it counts as product news even though the teaser withholds every specific.

Turn daily HR requests into a smart process with our Request Forms

A guide to the existing Request Forms feature and its approval flows. It sits on the automation thread the roundups point at, but is instructional content rather than a release.

Fresh Features to fuel your hiring in mid-2025

A half-year roundup of Recruit work naming integrations, AI features and customisation as the themes. Like the other roundups it establishes direction without scope, which is the recurring limit of judging this product from its own feed.
