What is Carrd?

Carrd's changelog is three lines long and every one of them is about not losing something.

Only three entries exist and they are terse to the point of being telegraphic. Deleted sites now land in a Trash folder and survive three days, or fourteen on Pro, before permanent removal. Signup forms can post directly to Resend. The dashboard gained an Analytics shortcut in the account interface settings. That is the entire visible record.

What is ComfyUI?

ComfyUI keeps pulling 3D generation out of custom nodes and into core

ComfyUI is the node-based generative workflow tool, and its blog reads as a running log of what has been absorbed into core. Video has been the loudest lane — Wan 3.0's 30-second native generation, Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash with 4K output and conversational editing — but 3D has been building steadily since Tripo 3.1 in May and native Gaussian Splats in June. Alongside the model work, Comfy became an official reseller of MiniMax H3 commercial licences and open-sourced its local MCP server.

Carrd's changelog is three lines long and every one of them is about not losing something.

◆ Current state

Only three entries exist and they are terse to the point of being telegraphic. Deleted sites now land in a Trash folder and survive three days, or fourteen on Pro, before permanent removal. Signup forms can post directly to Resend. The dashboard gained an Analytics shortcut in the account interface settings. That is the entire visible record.

◆ Where it's heading

The two changes with weight both reduce the cost of a mistake or an integration: a recoverable delete, and one more email backend a form can hand off to without glue. Carrd's whole proposition is a one-page site builder that stays small, and the changelog is consistent with that — no platform expansion, no new surfaces, just fewer sharp edges. The Pro-only longer trash window is the one place a change was used to differentiate the paid tier.

◆ Prediction

More direct form integrations on the Resend pattern is the likeliest next move, since that is the one seam where Carrd connects to outside services. With three entries there is not enough here to read direction further than that.

ComfyUI keeps pulling 3D generation out of custom nodes and into core

◆ Current state

ComfyUI is the node-based generative workflow tool, and its blog reads as a running log of what has been absorbed into core. Video has been the loudest lane — Wan 3.0's 30-second native generation, Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash with 4K output and conversational editing — but 3D has been building steadily since Tripo 3.1 in May and native Gaussian Splats in June. Alongside the model work, Comfy became an official reseller of MiniMax H3 commercial licences and open-sourced its local MCP server.

◆ Where it's heading

The pattern is consolidation: capabilities that used to require custom nodes, compiled CUDA extensions or non-commercial licences keep moving into core with a supported pipeline around them. The Trellis.2 and Pixal3D integration is the clearest statement of it, arriving with rebuilt Load, Preview and Save 3D nodes, mesh post-processing and PBR texturing rather than just model weights. The licensing work runs in parallel and matters as much — Comfy is making commercial use of these models straightforward, not only technically possible.

◆ Prediction

3D now has a core pipeline the way video does, so expect the next 3D models to arrive as ordinary integrations into that pipeline rather than as their own announcements, and expect the licensing-reseller pattern to extend to whichever 3D model needs it.
