Brand24 is pivoting from web mention monitoring toward LLM visibility tracking, with spoken YouTube detection and an agentic Brand Assistant already live.
Brand24 is a media monitoring tool that tracks brand mentions across social, web, and now audio and AI-generated content. Its AI Visibility add-on — which monitors how brands appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview answers — is now self-serve and includes a Sources tab showing which websites LLMs cite. Brand Assistant 2.0 can reason across project data and the open web, place inline charts, and handle complex multi-step queries without user reformulation.
MySignature turned its digital business card into a lead-capture surface, then instrumented it.
MySignature started as an email signature designer and has spent the last year building out a second product around digital business cards. August was the month that surface stopped being a way to hand over contact details and became a way to collect them: a Collect Contacts form block, a Contacts list behind it, and analytics on views, clicks, QR scans and traffic sources. The signature editor keeps advancing separately, with reply and forward variants the newest addition.

Brand24 is extending its monitoring surface into territory competitors haven't reached: spoken mentions in YouTube audio (via auto-generated captions with exact timestamps) and LLM citation tracking (what sources make a brand appear in AI answers). These aren't incremental improvements to existing coverage — they're new data sources. The Boolean Advanced Search and PWA push notifications build operational depth for users who act on monitoring data in real time.
Brand24 will deepen its AI Visibility offering — adding more LLM models, tracking citation frequency over time, and likely surfacing competitor LLM visibility comparisons. The Sources tab is the early version of what will become a full LLM-SEO analytics layer.

The direction is from presentation to acquisition. Design tooling — drag mode, AI layout suggestions, banner campaigns — made signatures look better; the card work makes them measurable and makes them capture. That is a different business: a signature is a design asset, a card that collects and reports on leads is a small marketing channel, and the Contacts list is the first place MySignature holds customer data of its own.
Expect the Contacts list to grow the obvious next pieces — export, tagging, and a route into the CRMs and marketing tools its Teams customers already run.
