Two threads run through these entries. The first is self-service and observability: debug logs, quality metrics, delivery-status granularity and porting control all move operations from Bandwidth's side of the boundary to the customer's. The second is geographic completion — Brazil and Mexico both reached full PSTN replacement on the same day with national outbound calling and emergency services, which is the specific combination that lets a customer retire an incumbent carrier in a market rather than merely add coverage. The messaging changes point the same direction, with a message-sent callback firing at carrier handoff and the delivery-receipt window extended from 12 hours to 73.

Registration Center launched with early access API support limited to the US and Canada, so extending that API and folding further messaging registration types into it is the most clearly signalled next step in these entries.
