AcyMailing vs n8n: at a glance
What is AcyMailing?
AcyMailing 11.1 gives subscribers their own tracking switch and fixes one-click unsubscribe.
After the 11.0 security rework and five quick patches, AcyMailing moved to 11.1. 11.1.0 added a front-end checkbox for every user to manage tracking preferences, replaced the date picker with the native HTML one, fixed one-click unsubscribe via the List-Unsubscribe header and hardened some custom fields. 11.1.1 makes emails from its sending service lighter, blocks HTML in custom field values, improves OAuth error messages and stores Gravity Forms list choices in entries.
What is n8n?
n8n ships four patch releases in one day to fix npm installs and the migration report.
n8n runs several release lines at once and on November 4 patched two of them twice. 2.47.2 and 2.46.6 repair npm installs that broke on some platforms, while 2.47.1 and 2.46.5 hide archived workflows from the v3 migration report by default and warn when it loads slowly. 2.46.5 also fixes credential resolution, named array keys in expressions and a broken callout for the deprecated AI Agent type.

AcyMailing
2.5MKT AUTO
AcyMailing 11.1 gives subscribers their own tracking switch and fixes one-click unsubscribe.
◆ Current state
After the 11.0 security rework and five quick patches, AcyMailing moved to 11.1. 11.1.0 added a front-end checkbox for every user to manage tracking preferences, replaced the date picker with the native HTML one, fixed one-click unsubscribe via the List-Unsubscribe header and hardened some custom fields. 11.1.1 makes emails from its sending service lighter, blocks HTML in custom field values, improves OAuth error messages and stores Gravity Forms list choices in entries.
◆ Where it's heading
Privacy and deliverability run through every release since July: optional IP collection, GDPR pixel tracking, anonymous statistics, and now user-controlled tracking and a working one-click unsubscribe. Security fixes keep appearing in minor releases.
◆ Prediction
Expect 11.1.x patches on roughly a two-week rhythm, with more privacy controls and integration fixes such as the Gravity Forms work.
n8n
6.3MKT AUTO
n8n ships four patch releases in one day to fix npm installs and the migration report.
◆ Current state
n8n runs several release lines at once and on November 4 patched two of them twice.
◆ Where it's heading
The work is about getting users onto 3.x: the migration report keeps getting refined on every 2.x line, and MCP and AI builder fixes ship in parallel to 2.x and 3.x. New features are rare in this window; the focus is keeping old lines installable while users migrate.
◆ Prediction
Expect further migration report changes and parallel patch releases across 2.46, 2.47 and 3.1 until the 2.x lines are retired.
