Stigg makes Usage Governance GA on every plan, nine days after its agent SDK beta.
Stigg's Usage Governance, which sets and enforces usage limits across organizations, teams, users and AI agents, became generally available on November 1 across all plans, with the API moved to v1 REST, Redis-backed client caching for faster checks, data export, and audit logs and webhooks. It follows the open-source Agent Governance SDK beta on October 23 and credit reservation and settlement on October 26. October also brought an Airwallex billing backend, cancellation controls in the app and a new navigation.
Zoho Billing is bending item-based subscriptions to fit how services firms bill
Zoho Billing's recent entries extend item-based subscriptions and services billing. On-demand subscriptions let a business raise invoices manually per cycle, hosted payment pages now sell item-based subscriptions, and progress invoices can track service items by amount. Timesheets accept time against a customer and service without a project, and TDS can be applied at recording, payment or both. Earlier in September came omnichannel subscriptions synced from the App Store and Google Play, in early access.

Stigg is assembling controls for AI products where cost per action varies: reserve credits before work starts, settle after, and cap usage at each level of a customer's hierarchy, agents included. Making Governance GA on all plans rather than an upper tier suggests it is meant as a core part of the product.
Expect the Agent Governance SDK to move toward GA and more agent-level enforcement features, given the October sequence.

The product is moving beyond plan-based SaaS subscriptions toward businesses that bill services, mixed items and app-store purchases. Many of these features ship as early access first.
Several of these early-access features, on-demand subscriptions and amount-based progress invoices among them, are likely to reach general availability next.
