Rize spent late May turning its time data into a queryable surface: MCP chat inside the app, a Slack agent, and profitability and event tools on the API. June and July then went to hardening - Windows and macOS performance, black-screen recovery, reliable auto-updates, settings sync across machines. Invoicing closes the loop from passive capture to payment recorded.

The obvious next step is wiring invoicing to payment rails and recurring billing, since the current flow stops at a PDF and manually recorded payments. Extending the MCP tool surface to cover invoices and revenue would follow the pattern the profitability tools already set.
