Two threads are now running in parallel. The structural one keeps flattening multi-entity portfolios into a single view — filters, aggregate metrics, cross-property listings. The new one treats messy human input as the bottleneck worth automating: the AI helper interrogates a vague tenant complaint, assigns category and priority, and hands the landlord a likely cause plus a ready-to-send reply. RentRedi is explicit that intake was chosen as the beachhead because it is the front door, and that more is coming.

Expect the AI layer to move from intake outward to the surfaces already rebuilt this quarter — the restyled chat view and the new documents tab are the obvious next hosts for suggested replies and extraction. Expect deeper integrations between ELI and the new Apps layer next, plus more granular MCP tool surfaces (timesheet, invoicing, quoting). A marketplace or partner-built apps story is the obvious follow-on if New Apps by Scoro is going to mean anything beyond first-party.
