◆Current state
Fibery ships weekly, and its recent releases put AI at the center of how the workspace gets built: Custom Apps generate interfaces, a new AI Agent arrived in September, and the October 8 release added Space data hidden from Admins. The October 15 release previews AI-built Custom Integrations, where a user describes a source and AI writes, tests and runs the connector with OAuth and webhooks. The MCP server also gains an execute_code tool that lets agents chain calls in a script, and rich-text changes now show as diffs with notifications.
◆Where it's heading
Fibery keeps replacing things it would otherwise build by hand, first views and apps and now integrations, with AI-generated equivalents users can request. Each shift adds a usage-based cost line: AI credits for building and, after the preview, compute charges for running connectors. Controls such as attribution, usage dashboards and permission splits are growing alongside.
◆Prediction
Expect compute pricing for Custom Integrations once the 2–4 week preview ends, followed by an MCP tool for creating connectors, which the release lists as missing. Two-way sync is also listed as a current limit, but the entries don't say whether it is planned.

    October 8, 2026 / 🫣 Hide Space data from Admins

    Admins can now be excluded from a Space's data while keeping control of its databases, fields and views. They see the structure but the views look empty. This separates administration from access, so salaries, one-to-ones and executive work can live in the same workspace as everything else.

    October 1, 2026 / 🔥 Custom Apps as Entity Views, Suggestion mode for rich text

    Custom Apps reach the core record page: an AI-generated App View can now be the default way every entity in a database is displayed. This completes the arc from standalone apps (August) to apps in rich text to apps replacing Fibery's own UI. Suggestion mode and the new AI credit caps ship alongside it.

    Rich-text table editing, a check for where a field is used before deleting it, and page-width modes. This is quality-of-life work on the core editor and schema between the bigger AI releases; the usage check matters most for workspaces with dense formulas and automations.

    Fibery replaced its router-plus-sub-agents AI with a single streaming agent that uses dynamic tool loading and has a model picker, and gave AI and MCP read/write access to whiteboards. This is the agent foundation the later AI-built views rely on.

    An experimental filter that hides parents with no matching children, plus whiteboard color coding and bug fixes. Small but useful for teams tracking deep hierarchies such as Area → Feature → Bug.
