The company's stated problem is adoption rather than capability: it says most accounts use about a third of the platform, and it is spending its communication budget on teaching the other two thirds rather than announcing new features. That is a reasonable read of a category where the software is bought once for compliance and then under-used, but it means this feed currently tracks marketing cadence more closely than shipping cadence.
