Number porting, campaign registration and quality monitoring were all previously mediated by Bandwidth staff or opaque to the customer; each is becoming something the customer operates directly. The messaging work follows the same logic — a send confirmation at the carrier network and a delivery receipt window stretched from 12 to 73 hours give customers a truer picture instead of a premature expiry.
