For people, the measurement is being wired to consequences — competency unlocking AI tool access rather than merely appearing on a dashboard. For systems, the subject under test has changed: the agentic harness pressure-tests an AI agent's safety, financial controls and human judgement before it reaches production, which is assurance of software rather than of staff. Expect the agentic harness to acquire the reporting layer everything else here has — coverage maps and board-ready evidence — since every capability in this window eventually arrives at proof rather than practice.

New capability arrives flagged and then propagates backward through supported lines rather than forcing customers onto the newest version, which is the pattern the dual preview feature followed across three separate backport tags in July. The current cycle is building auditability and collaboration into the authoring surface — event logs, then comments on items. Cadence is high but each release is small.
Expect the item comments flag to be backported to the older construct lines the way dual preview was, and for content bank event logging to be extended or exposed in the UI.
