Cyber skills training and workforce readiness platform with hands-on labs and exercises

The cyber-readiness platform stops testing only people and starts testing the agents.

Current state
Immersive Labs sells provable cyber readiness — training, simulations and assessments that produce evidence a workforce can handle an incident. The last three months have been almost entirely an AI build-out: an AI Baseline Assessment measuring literacy across departments, an AI Program Builder that assembles training programs, AI Knowledge Pass gating tool access on verified competency, Project Mythos crisis simulations for executives, custom goals layered on top of the resilience pathways introduced in June, and an ATLAS heat map placing team activity against the 16 MITRE ATLAS tactics. Feed entries are short launch teasers, so direction is legible but scope is not.
Where it's heading
The platform's premise has been that readiness must be measured rather than assumed, and it is now applying that premise in two directions at once. For people, the measurement is being wired to consequences — competency unlocking AI tool access rather than merely appearing on a dashboard. For systems, the subject under test has changed: the agentic harness pressure-tests an AI agent's safety, financial controls and human judgement before it reaches production, which is assurance of software rather than of staff. The MITRE ATLAS mapping serves both, giving the AI-threat work the same coverage framing the platform already used for adversary tactics.
Prediction
Expect the agentic harness to acquire the reporting layer everything else here has — coverage maps and board-ready evidence — since every capability in this window eventually arrives at proof rather than practice.

Visualize AI threat defense coverage: MITRE ATLAS Heat Map

Team activity is mapped to the 16 MITRE ATLAS tactics in a heat map, tracking skills and exposing gaps in AI threat coverage. It applies the coverage-mapping model the platform already uses for adversary tactics to the AI-specific framework, extending an existing reporting surface rather than opening one.

Introducing custom goals: Tailored cyber resilience pathways

Custom Goals let organisations build their own resilience pathways rather than picking from the expert-backed set introduced in June, with the AI Program Builder assembling them. The natural second step for a pathways feature: first the templates, then the ability to depart from them.

Prove operational agent readiness before production | Immersive One agentic harness

    ⚡ SPARK

Every other release in this window measures whether people are ready. This one measures whether an agent is, which makes it the first release where the thing under assessment is not a human being.

Threat Actor Insights: Prove Defensive Readiness

Threat Actor Insights turns threat intelligence into a risk map tied to team performance, connecting which adversaries are active to whether staff have trained against their techniques. Another instance of the platform's recurring move: take an external data source and convert it into readiness evidence.

Govern AI Tool Access at Scale with AI Knowledge Pass from Immersive One

AI Knowledge Pass automates access to AI tools based on verified role competency, so provisioning follows proof of training rather than a ticket. It wires the assessment engine to an outcome, which is a meaningful extension of what a competency score is for, though the competency itself is measured the way it always was.

AI Program Builder: Outpace Threats at Machine Speed

The AI Program Builder assembles cyber readiness programs in minutes rather than quarters, automating the authoring work a training lead would otherwise do by hand. It is the engine several later releases in this window are built on, including custom goals.
