Individual models are now interchangeable inventory, swapped in and deprecated on a schedule, while the durable investments are the plugin contract, the enterprise controls around it, and the rulesets framework replacing branch protection. Governance work consistently ships paired with its own observability — rulesets got automatic migration and then a dashboard.
