The second is breadth: reputation collection is a different business from conversational messaging, and shipping it as a branded review page with routing to public platforms puts Salesmsg into territory occupied by local-business reputation tools. Credit tracking per workflow, agent and broadcast suggests automated volume is now large enough that customers need to see where spend goes.
