Chord is a composable CDP and analytics platform for ecommerce brands. It ships on two tracks: a steadily growing CDP destination catalog (OpenAI Ads, Reddit, Nosto, Dotdigital, Rokt, and now Amazon Conversions API for all workspaces) and a deeper AI assistant, Ask Chord, with durable memory, conversational audience creation and session continuity. Earlier patches added server-wide throttling, crash-safe staging recovery, and CPU, memory, disk and query metrics.
