Copilot's surface widens across IDEs, CLI, Slack and Teams while its governance consolidates into enterprise-managed policy, and the release cadence has settled into one digest per host rather than per-feature announcements. Against that, policy and billing notices now arrive alongside feature work often enough to read as a second track: what Copilot may do and who pays for it are being restated as the usage grows. The non-Copilot changelog has thinned to occasional platform housekeeping.
◆ Prediction
Expect the per-host digests to keep their monthly rhythm and the experimental settings in them to graduate selectively rather than all at once. The billing notices are the thing to watch — three at once suggests more of the commercial model is being restated than any single change implies.
