◆Current state
Sleekplan spent 2026 on a rebuild rather than incremental releases. Sleekplan 2.0 entered beta in June with a rewritten admin app and an AI layer over the feedback loop; the Impact Score was rebuilt the same day to be inspectable and configurable rather than an opaque number. The Chrome extension has now been rebuilt to match, letting a team member search the board, add votes and post on a customer's behalf from wherever the feedback lands.
◆Where it's heading
The pattern is capture-everywhere plus decide-automatically. Pulling feedback in from support inboxes, CRMs and call notes is one half; making prioritization explainable enough to run unattended is the other. Cadence is low and lumpy — a Linear integration in February, then nothing until the 2.0 beta — so the rebuild is consuming the roadmap.
◆Prediction
The next release most likely moves 2.0 out of beta. The configurable Impact Score formula is the piece to watch, since it has to be trusted before the AI layer can prioritize without review.
