Windsurf's own feature list has thinned out; what ships now is Devin arriving one surface at a time.

Across this stretch of the changelog, nearly every substantive release is a Devin capability landing inside the editor: the agent itself, Devin for Terminal, then Devin Review and Quick Review extended to all users on their existing subscription.
