The ratio tells the story — the bulk of each release is repair on funnels, emails, reports, cloning, and checkout, which is what a broad course-and-marketing platform costs to keep running. Where new work does land it clusters in two places: the Community, which is being built into a real social surface rather than a comment thread, and self-serve billing, which removes support from the cancel-and-refund path.
