KubeVirt opens v1.10 development with 824 changes while stabilizing v1.9 through two release candidates.

KubeVirt is running parallel development tracks: v1.9 went through two release candidates in July (RC1: 1627 changes, 107 contributors; RC2: 1653 changes, 108 contributors) while v1.10-alpha.0 launched in September with 824 changes from 72 contributors.
