Sonarr
Sonarr's 5.0 builds move from UI rework to safer restores and keyboard-friendly selects.
A side-by-side editorial comparison of Kinsta and Skipper — release velocity, themes, recent moves, and the top alternatives to consider.
Kinsta adds vulnerability protection to its fleet-scale security and incident tooling.
Kinsta's recent releases target agencies and teams running many WordPress sites. Enhanced Vulnerability Protection extends its existing alerting on vulnerable WordPress components, environment suspension lets a site be taken offline quickly, and the MyKinsta bulk actions menu gains four more add-ons. Disaster recovery for dedicated-server customers launched in August and got simpler onboarding in September.
Skipper adds raw-path routing predicates after a week of security and maintenance tags.
Skipper tags a release for nearly every merge. v0.28.39 adds four path predicates, prefix and regexp matching on either the normalized or raw request path, so routes can tell an encoded %2f from a slash, with benchmarks showing zero allocations. Just before it, v0.28.37 fixed security advisory GHSA-9hwf-c47m-j4pg in the cache() filter and v0.28.38 removed a direct syscall dependency. The rest of the week was test-certificate consolidation and dependency builds.

The direction is toward managing a fleet rather than a site: bulk operations, API parity with the dashboard, and incident tools like suspension and DR. Bot protection, traffic analytics and now vulnerability protection stack a security-operations layer on top of hosting.
More MyKinsta actions are likely to get bulk and API equivalents, and the security tools may follow the same path; the vulnerability entry is too thin to say how far the new protection goes beyond notification.

Skipper keeps taking on edge responsibilities, from caching to identity, while tightening its hot path. Raw-path matching gives operators finer routing control over encoded URLs, a frequent source of proxy bypass bugs, and fits the recent security focus. The certificate refactor still points to TLS work ahead.
Expect a TLS-related feature built on the unified certificate setup, plus further cache-filter fixes. Otherwise more Dependabot tags.
