That is the shape of a feature being readied for buyers who have to defend deploying it, not for teams trying it out. The human-facing surfaces are moving the other way - not extended but tightened, with the August 27 release given over entirely to not leaving the keyboard.

Captain's audience and schedule rules look like the first step into routing rather than the last: the Open queue is currently the only fallback path, and the Overview already counts handoffs. Voice is the other open direction, since it is the one channel the Captain entries never mention.

The other is closing revenue leaks: no-show handling, Revenue Guard reporting, a Stripe payment status refresh, discount exclusion rules. Security patches appear inside several of these releases with no announcement of their own, which matters to anyone tracking WordPress plugin risk.
