Userback launches Sites, but the release notes don't say yet what Sites does.

◆Current state
Userback has spent 2026 adding capture surfaces and AI on top of its feedback widget: MCP and a mobile SDK in April, Insights theme detection, video transcription in May, and mobile surveys in August. On October 5 it shipped 'Sites', which the team calls a big release, but the captured entry has no details beyond that line.
◆Where it's heading
The pattern is wider collection (web, mobile, Slack, surveys) feeding an analysis layer (Insights, transcription, MCP access for AI tools). Sites comes after a two-month gap and is described as major, so it may extend this, but the entry doesn't show how.
◆Prediction
It isn't clear from the entries what Sites is or how it fits with Insights and MCP. The next releases should show whether it is a new product surface or a reorganization of existing projects.
