SavvyCal layers contacts, host controls, and languages onto its booking core
◆Recent moves

Prevent last-minute changes
Adds a per-link lock that freezes scheduler-initiated reschedules and cancellations in a configurable window (15 minutes to a week) before each event, while hosts keep full control. Fits the recent run of host-side controls over booking mechanics.

More control over event buffers
Surfaces buffer times on the event list and detail pages and lets managers override them per event, with prompts to keep defaults in sync across links. Another increment in giving hosts finer control over scheduling logistics.

Multi-language support for booking pages
Booking, event, and reschedule pages now auto-detect visitor language across English, French, and Dutch. A first step toward serving non-English markets, though the language set is still small.

Improvements for booking on behalf of others
Extends the assistant/admin booking flow with the ability to add guests during booking and a 'Book again' shortcut for follow-ups. Rounds out the book-on-behalf-of-others workflow introduced late last year.

Expanded contacts 📇
⚡ SPARKTurns Contacts into a first-class layer: every booker becomes an auto-created record with full meeting history and availability-sharing, and those records feed the on-behalf-of booking flow. Pushes SavvyCal past pure scheduling toward lightweight relationship management.

Optional phone number collection
Adds a toggle to display the phone-number field without requiring it, letting hosts collect numbers for follow-up without adding booking friction. A minor form-field refinement.
